Terms of service
These terms explain the responsibilities that come with using Groundforth. Please read them alongside our Privacy notice and any agreement for your workspace.
Our agreement
Groundforth is provided by Groundforth Inc, Elephant Hill Estate, Karu, Abuja, Nigeria. By using the service, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have authority to act for yourself or the organization you represent. A separate written agreement governs any expressly agreed commercial or service-specific terms.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account information accurate and credentials secure. Only provide context you are authorized to use and share. Organization and project permissions govern access to workspaces and content.
Do not use Groundforth to break the law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or expose secrets without permission. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.
Your content and work
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You permit Groundforth and its service providers to process it as needed to provide and protect the service, in line with your instructions and our Privacy notice. You are responsible for the rights and permissions needed for that processing.
Groundforth retains its rights in the service, software, and brand. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to us or ownership of the service to you.
AI and human judgment
AI-generated work can be incomplete or incorrect. Review sources, assumptions, proposed changes, and outputs before relying on them or sharing them externally. Groundforth assists project execution; it does not replace professional judgment or your responsibility for consequential decisions.
Plans and commercial terms
The pricing page helps you compare workspace plans. Contact us to confirm the plan, scope, pricing, and terms for your organization. Any purchase is governed by the terms presented and agreed for that purchase, together with our refund policy. Do not send payment or financial credentials through the contact form.
Service access and closure
We may restrict access to address unlawful use, abuse, security risks, or a material breach of these terms. We will provide notice where practical and lawful. You may request account closure through Contact. Deleted customer content is retained for up to 30 days after deletion, subject to the legal and security exceptions in our Privacy notice.
Changes and questions
Features may evolve over time. We will communicate material changes to these terms as appropriate and update the effective date. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
