A clear statement about how Groundforth uses data you choose to connect from Google Workspace.
Our commitment
Groundforth's use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. This commitment also applies when AI features process that data to provide a service you request.
What this means for your workspace
You select the Google Drive files you want to add to a project through Google's file picker. Groundforth uses those selected files to provide project context and, when you request it, AI assistance. Google Calendar access is used to show read-only Google events in GF Calendar so scheduling and booking pages do not double-book you. Groundforth does not request access to your Gmail mailbox; email context is added only when you paste a message yourself.
We do not use Google Workspace data or other customer workspace content to train our AI models. Our Privacy notice explains how we process customer information, and our data protection page describes our approach to project sources and access controls.
