Naira prices are paid with a Nigerian card through Paystack; Nigerian VAT and customer-borne Paystack processing charges are added and itemized before payment. US dollar prices are fixed, include taxes and fees, and are paid with an international card through Bachs. Every payment is acknowledged by email after it is verified. We pick the currency from your location using IP geolocation by DB-IP. AI credits are shared across the workspace, not per person. Included monthly credits do not roll over. Standard projects remain subject to fair use and service limits.

When the team needs one more person or a little more storage, the workspace owner can add it from Billing and review the total before paying.

Added to your monthly plan renewal, so you get one bill. Add a seat mid-month and you pay only for the days left; remove one and it comes off at your next renewal.
per GB / year, billed annually
Paid once a year in Naira and renewed on the card you use for your plan. Storage is billed annually only.
Extra seats need a paid plan and raise your team allowance for as long as you keep them. Extra storage adds to the shared pool used by GF Workspace, Drive, Mail, and Docs. Naira add-on prices exclude VAT and Paystack processing charges; US dollar prices include taxes and fees.

AI credits
Credits are shared by the whole workspace, so nobody needs their own AI subscription. Bigger tasks use more credits; here is what each kind costs.
Additional credits have a ₦2.50 base price per credit, excluding VAT and customer-borne Paystack processing charges, and expire 60 days after verified settlement. In Identity Billing, choose your quantity and review the full total before paying.

GF Workspace, GF Mail, GF Drive, GF Calendar, GF Docs, GF Chats, and GF Meet — bundled under one sign-in. Plus project sources from GF Drive, connected planning, collaborative documents, team messaging, video meetings, human review, and versioned work. Source uploads are limited to 25 MiB / file.
Your plan's storage is a single pool shared across GF Workspace, GF Drive, GF Mail, and GF Docs. A GF Drive file, a GF Mail attachment, and a document attachment draw from the same meter, so there is one number to watch as your team grows.
GF Mail gives your team mailboxes on your own custom domain, with a daily send allowance that scales by plan; you point your DNS records and we handle hosting on Microsoft Azure. GF Drive stores shared organization files, scanned for malware, with optional public links you control. File size limits per plan are shown on each card above.
GF Calendar gives your team personal and team calendars plus public booking links. GF Docs, GF Chats and GF Meet cover collaborative writing, team messaging and browser-based video meetings for the same organization members. The current catalog does not publish separate per-plan limits for those apps.
Paid plans do not cap standard project counts. User allowances, AI credits, hourly throughput, concurrent operations, file limits, and fair use still apply.
Extra seats are charged monthly together with your plan, so you get one bill. A seat added mid-month costs only the days left in that month, and a removed seat comes off at your next renewal. Extra storage is billed once a year. If you already pay for storage monthly, it keeps renewing monthly until 30 days after we email you about the change, then moves to yearly billing at its next renewal — you can lower it in Billing before then. Seats you bought outright before monthly seat billing began stay on your workspace at no further charge.
Choose a plan above and sign up. Your selection is carried into workspace Billing, where the workspace owner can review prices, payment authorization, and the date a plan change would take effect before confirming. Signing up does not charge you.
Nigerian cards pay in Naira through Paystack. International cards pay fixed US dollar prices through Bachs, which keeps your card on file and renews your plan each month. We show the currency for where you are; you can switch above.
A purchased resource is eligible for a refund only if it has not been used, subject to applicable law and verified billing errors. See our refund policy.
